1. *Pre-Booking Required*: All karting sessions must be pre-booked via phone or online.

2. *Ticket Flexibility*: Tickets do not have to be used all at once. Share them or save them.

3. *Expiration Policy: Tickets come with a **6-month expiry* from the point of sale, written clearly by the sales rep. Expiry is set at their discretion.

4. *Extension Option: If tickets are **within 1 month of expiry*, an extension may be granted. Contact us directly.

5. *Partner Tracks Only: Tickets are only redeemable at **official Karting Central partner venues*.

6. *Signature & Validation*: Tickets must be signed and checkboxes marked at point of sale to be valid.

7. *Transferable & Giftable: Tickets are not tied to a specific name. They may be gifted or shared. Redemption requires the **tracking code* provided.

8. *Booking Days: Bookings can be made for **Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday*.

9. *Group Size & Discount Zones*: Discounts vary by group size using the traffic light system:

 * *Green Zone*: 1–4 people  

* *Amber Zone*: 5–8 people  

* *Red Zone*: 9–12 people    

Booking more tickets may unlock new group discounts on the day.

10. *Track Availability*: Redemption depends on track availability and capacity.

11. *Multiple Ticket Use*:    

* Multiple tickets may be used *per person* on the same day.  

 * If you’ve booked and race on-site, you may redeem *extra tickets at the venue* if time and slots permit.    

* If using additional tickets and your group size changes zones, *new discounted rates apply*

.12. *What Each Ticket Includes*:    

* 3 sub-tickets, redeemable for up to *3 full sessions* (1st included, 2nd & 3rd discounted).    * *1-hour slot* per ticket, including breaks.    

* *Helmet, gloves, balaclava included*.  

 * Overalls not required for electric karts, but may be offered.

13. *Optional Add-ons*:    

* Once all 3 sub-tickets are used, *additional sessions may be purchased on the day for £10*.    

* *F1-style simulation racing* on London-themed virtual circuits may be pre-booked or bought on the day.

14. *Promotional Use*:    

* KC Pack tickets may be transferred for use in Karting Central promotions, including:      

* *Private track hire*      

* *Corporate events*      

* *Seasonal promotional offers*

15. *Cooling-Off Period*: A 14-day refund window applies for unused and unsigned packs.

16. *No Booking Fee*: Booking and session times are secured when payment is made for 2nd & 3rd sessions via phone.
