By booking or participating in any activity at Gillingham Racing Track , all participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
AGE & HEIGHT
Drivers of all experience levels are welcome.
Junior and adult karts are available for family experiences.
Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
SAFETY FIRST
All participants must attend a mandatory safety briefing before entering the track.
Our team will provide full instructions, safety guidance, and helmet fitting before your session begins.

EQUIPMENT
Premium helmets and safety gear are provided for all participants.All safety equipment must be worn correctly throughout the experience.
FOOTWEAR
Closed-toe footwear is required.Sandals, heels, sliders, crocs, or open footwear are not permitted on the track for safety reasons.
FIT TO DRIVE
Participants must not take part under the influence of alcohol or drugs.For safety reasons, guests who are pregnant or have medical conditions that may affect safe participation should consult staff before driving.
Arrival & Availability
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your booked session.Late arrivals may result in reduced track time or inability to participate.

By booking or participating in any activity at the track in Gillingham, all participants agree to these Terms and Conditions & that of Karting Central.
1. Subject to Availability
All Karting Central bookings at Gillingham are subject to venue availability. Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee a specific time until confirmed by the venue or booking system.
2. Booking Confirmation
1 | Karting Central discounted tickets must be redeemed in advance.
2 | Customers should book as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays.
3 | Walk-ins may be accepted by the venue but are not guaranteed.
3. Age & Height Requirements
> Junior Karts: 127cm–160cm.
> Adult Karts: Minimum 153cm.
> Drivers outside these limits will not be
permitted to race.
4. Arrival Requirements
1| Arrive 40 minutes before the session start time.
2| Late arrival may result in a missed session
without refund.
3| All participants must complete the waiver before
racing.
5. Drivers Under 16
> A parent or guardian (18+) must complete and sign
the waiver.
> Drivers aged 15 and under must be accompanied by
an adult.
> No refund will be issued for missed sessions due to
late arrival.
6. Clothing Requirements
Activities operate in most weather conditions.
Gillingham reserves the right to:
> Closed-toe shoes only.
> No Crocs, sandals, heels, or studded shoes.
> No baggy clothing.
> Headwear must be removed or secured.
7. Safety Equipment
1| Helmets are provided.
2| Own helmets are allowed if:
> Full-face.
> Undamaged.
> Clear visor or goggles only.
8. Action Cameras
> No action cameras or mounts of any kind are permitted.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided for:
> Change of mind Late arrival
> Failure to follow safety rules
> Adverse weather unless the venue cancels
10. Conduct
Karting Central Tickets
> Discounted tickets are generally non-refundable.
> Tickets may be transferable subject to agreement and venue policy.

>Refunds are not offered within 14 days of the event.
>With notice, the venue may offer an alternative date at its discretion.
