By booking or participating in any activity at TRAQ Motor Racing, all participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Junior Drivers:
127cm to 160cm (4'2" to 5'3")
Adult Drivers:
Minimum 153cm (5'0")
Height is checked in race footwear.
Marshal instructions must be followed.
Dangerous behaviour results in removal without refund.
First-time racers receive a
complimentary head sock.
Personal full-face helmets are permitted
if approved.

By booking or participating in any activity at TRAQ Motor Racing, all participants agree to these Terms and Conditions & that of Karting Central.
All Karting Central bookings at Soar E Karting are subject to venue availability. Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee a specific time until confirmed by the venue or booking system.
1 | Karting Central discounted tickets must be redeemed in advance.
2 | Customers should book as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays.
3 | Walk-ins may be accepted by the venue but are not guaranteed.
> Junior Karts: 127cm–160cm.
> Adult Karts: Minimum 153cm.
> Drivers outside these limits will not be
permitted to race.
1| Arrive 40 minutes before the session start time.
2| Late arrival may result in a missed session
without refund.
3| All participants must complete the waiver before
racing.
> A parent or guardian (18+) must complete and sign
the waiver.
> Drivers aged 15 and under must be accompanied by
an adult.
> No refund will be issued for missed sessions due to
late arrival.
Activities operate in most weather conditions.
SOAR reserves the right to:
> Closed-toe shoes only.
> No Crocs, sandals, heels, or studded shoes.
> No baggy clothing.
> Headwear must be removed or secured.
1| Helmets are provided.
2| Own helmets are allowed if:
> Full-face.
> Undamaged.
> Clear visor or goggles only.
> No action cameras or mounts of any kind are permitted.
Refunds are generally not provided for:
> Change of mind Late arrival
> Failure to follow safety rules
> Adverse weather unless the venue cancels

Availability, session times, and race formats are ultimately controlled by Soar E Karting.Customers are responsible for ensuring all participants meet the venue’s age, height, and clothing requirements before booking.
- Arrival:
Please arrive 30 minutes before your booked session
to allow time for check-in, briefing, and equipment fitting. - Eligibility:
All drivers must meet minimum age, height, and safety requirements
set by the specific track. - Safety Briefing:
Participation is mandatory before entering the track.
No briefing = no race. - Dress Code:
Closed-toe shoes required. Loose clothing and personal items
are not permitted on track. - Substances:
Drivers must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Entry may be refused without refund. - Conduct:
Unsafe or reckless behaviour may result in immediate removal
from the session with no refund. - Weather Policy:
Outdoor racing operates in most conditions unless deemed unsafe by the venue. - Bookings:
All sessions booked via Karting Central are subject to availability and
confirmation upon payment. - Cancellations & Changes:
Notice periods apply (typically 48 hours, depending on venue). - Liability:
Drivers may be held responsible for deliberate damage or rule violations. - Personal Belongings:
