All Karting Central bookings at Gillingham are subject to venue availability. Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee a specific time until confirmed by the venue or booking system.
1 | Karting Central discounted tickets must be redeemed in advance.
2 | Customers should book as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays.
3 | Walk-ins may be accepted by the venue but are not guaranteed.

> Headwear must be removed or secured.

2| Own helmets are allowed if:

> Clear visor or goggles only.
> No action cameras or mounts of any kind are permitted.
Refunds are generally not provided for:

Karting Central Tickets
> Discounted tickets are generally non-refundable.
> Tickets may be transferable subject to agreement and venue policy.
Venue Policy
>Refunds are not offered within 14 days of the event.
>With notice, the venue may offer an alternative date at its discretion.

Tickets purchased through Karting Central are sold under special promotional terms. Availability, session times, and race formats are ultimately controlled by Karting Central.

> Events usually proceed in wet conditions.

Minimum age requirements vary by experience. Children may participate only if they meet the minimum age and size requirements.
> Go Karting
Minimum age is generally 8 years old for kart rental.
> Owner Riders, Participants bringing their own:
Quad bikes; Motocross bikes ; Pit bikes ; Supermoto bikes ; Mini motos
Go karts must ensure their machines are safe and suitable for use.
> Participants must:
> Be physically fit.
> Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
> Not suffer from medical conditions that could
be aggravated by participation.
Inform staff of any relevant medical issues.Pregnant individuals should not participate.
1| Approved helmets must be worn at all times.
2| Suitable footwear is mandatory
(no sandals or open-toed shoes).
3| Long sleeves and long trousers are recommended.
4| Gloves and protective clothing are strongly advised.
5| Riders using their own machines must wear full
protective gear.
> Participants should arrive at least 30 minutes before their booked session.
> Late arrivals may lose part or all of their session.
> No refund will be issued for missed sessions due to
late arrival.

Cancellations due to weather, mechanical issues, or safety concerns, an alternative date or credit will usually be offered.
