Junior Drivers:

Adult Drivers:

By booking or participating in any activity at CROYDON TRACK Racing, all participants agree to these Terms and Conditions & that of Karting Central.

including injury, property damage, or death.
3 | Participants must follow all instructions given by staff and marshals.
4 | Failure to comply with safety instructions may
result in removal from the venue without refund.

admission to any participant deemed unfit to take part.
> Quad Biking
Minimum age requirements vary by experience. Children may participate only if they meet the minimum age and size requirements.
> Go Karting
Minimum age is generally 8 years old for kart rental.
> Owner Riders, Participants bringing their own:
Quad bikes; Motocross bikes ; Pit bikes ; Supermoto bikes ; Mini motos
Go karts must ensure their machines are safe and suitable for use.
> Participants must:
> Be physically fit.
> Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
> Not suffer from medical conditions that could
be aggravated by participation.
Inform staff of any relevant medical issues.Pregnant individuals should not participate.
1| Approved helmets must be worn at all times.
2| Suitable footwear is mandatory
(no sandals or open-toed shoes).
3| Long sleeves and long trousers are recommended.
4| Gloves and protective clothing are strongly advised.
5| Riders using their own machines must wear full
protective gear.
> Participants should arrive at least 30 minutes before their booked session.
> Late arrivals may lose part or all of their session.
> No refund will be issued for missed sessions due to
late arrival.

CROYDON TRACK Racing reserves the right to:
> Delay,
> Modify,
> Shorten,
or Cancel sessions
If conditions are unsafe.
1| Full payment may be required to secure a booking.
2| Bookings are subject to availability.
3| Prices may change without notice.
4| Promotional offers may have separate conditions.
> More than 7 days’ notice:
transfer or credit may be offered.
> Less than 7 days’ notice:
non-refundable.
Venue Cancellations
Cancellations due to weather, mechanical issues, or safety concerns, an alternative date or credit will usually be offered.
Refunds are generally not provided for:
> Change of mindLate arrival
> Failure to follow safety rules
> Adverse weather unless the venue cancels
Participants are responsible for:
> Damage caused through reckless behaviour,
> Loss of equipment,Damage to hired protective gear.
CROYDON TRACK accepts no responsibility for:
> Personal injury (except where caused by negligence),
> Loss of personal belongings, Vehicle damage for
owner riders.
